About you

• We are looking for a Back-end Developer with:
• proven experience with backend development using the Django framework
• strong knowledge of Python and its core libraries
• proven ability to design, develop, and implement complex solutions using Django
• strong understanding of relational database concepts and ability to write complex SQL queries experience with code versioning tools like Git
• excellent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Within the team, you will be responsible for:

• Django-based project development and implementation
• design, development and maintenance of scalable and high performance backend web applications
• actively participating in the design and architecture of software solutions
• testing and reviewing code to ensure quality
• maintaining a high standard of security and reliability of developed applications
• contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing with other team members.

The soft skills we value most are the ability to work in a team, the curiosity and desire to learn, and the willingness to push yourself out of your comfort zone (but always in comfortable clothes, we don’t like formalism!).
